I have a few different specialties! Right now, I am primarily focused on men’s issues, a blanket term that can range from anxiety and depression to isolation and loneliness. Men often face challenges in coming to therapy, and a big part of what I do is help make that as smooth as possible.
Beyond men’s issues, I am also a trained trauma therapist who specializes in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Processing). I have primarily worked with young adults throughout my career. Lastly, I have extensive experience working with various forms of internet-related issues: pornography addiction, social media addiction, and video game addiction.

I’m glad you asked! At the moment, I primarily study what are known as facilitators and barriers for incels getting mental health treatment; that’s to say, what’s effective and what’s not in therapy for a treatment-resistant population. This is also a population with which I am experienced in and enjoy treating in therapy. More broadly, I am interested in the intersection of technology and mental health, ranging from the effects of social media to radicalization.
